This recipe is for a quick and warming apple crisp. Feel like you
are right back in Grandma's kitchen!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 apple, cored and peeled
2 tablespoons quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Slice you apple into thin slices and place in a microwaveable
dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon, butter, flour, oats, and
brown sugar. Mix well until combined.
3. Microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes or until the apples are
tender.
4. Serve.
