Chocolate mousse is creamy and also rich in flavor. Enjoy this

Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
4 tablespoons almond butter
4 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa flour
Directions:
1. Place the eggs, almond butter, both flours, bananas, baking
powder, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a blender.
2. Blend together until the mixture is smooth.
3. Grab a microwavable pie plate and grease with cooking
spray.
4. Pour the mousse batter into the pie plate and then microwave on
high for 5 minutes; in 1 minute intervals.
5. Remove the mousse from the microwave and dust with cocoa
powder.
6. Allow the mousse to cool before serving.
7. Serve.
