Chocolate Mousse Cake

1. Place the eggs, almond butter, both flours, bananas, baking powder, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a blender.

2. Blend together until the mixture is smooth.

3. Grab a microwavable pie plate and grease with cooking spray.

4. Pour the mousse batter into the pie plate and then microwave on high for 5 minutes; in 1 minute intervals.

5. Remove the mousse from the microwave and dust with cocoa powder.

6. Allow the mousse to cool before serving.

7. Serve.
