Lemon cake is a rich and also savory dessert that is the perfect

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
ΒΌ teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water
Directions:
1. Grab a microwaveable mug and grease with cooking spray.
2. Place the zest and juice of the lemon into the bottom of the
mug.
3. Place the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder into the mug.
Mix well.
4. Add in the oil and egg and stir until batter forms and is
smooth.
5. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes or
until the cake is done in the center.
6. In a small bowl, combine the water and powdered sugar. Whisk
until well combined.
7. Pour the icing over the cake and allow to melt.
8. Serve.
