ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Neridah McMullin grew up on a farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals. When she wasn’t on the farm, she was at their holiday home on the south-west coast of Victoria, beachcombing, exploring and swimming. Neridah is the author of eight books for children and she loves animals, Australian history and true stories. Her latest picture book, Drover, released in 2021, celebrates legendary drover, Edna Jessop. Neridah loves reading and writing and footy and cricket. She also loves rhinoceroses, monkeys and birdwatching.
