Having seen how your unjust anger
has reduced me to this tormented condition,
Your eyes seem ashamed to look at me now—
foreswear such vain sexual inhibition.
Obey me now, right now, dear Radha—
I, the god Narayana, have always followed you.
What would give Krishna pleasure has been described
in my song,
verse by verse and rhyme by rhyme;
May it arouse in connoisseurs of poetry an appreciation
of the amorous emotions of the sentiment sublime.
Obey me now, right now, dear Radha—
I, the god Narayana, have always followed you.

and kissing stymied by playful banter,
They became more and more eager to begin making love,
to engage in sexual battle
and therein attain their bliss.
