JIM CRUMLEY is a nature writer, journalist, poet, and passionate advocate for our wildlife and wild places. He is the author of more than twenty-five books, one of which was shortlisted for a Saltire Literary Award, and is an award-winning newspaper and magazine columnist and an occasional broadcaster on both BBC radio and television.
