100g (3½oz/1 cup) rolled oats
250ml (9fl oz/1 cup) almond milk
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 red apple, grated
1 tablespoon jumbo raisins
These comforting pots of apple, oats, and cinnamon are comforting and warming. This is one that all the family will love.
Add the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and ginger to a pan and cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes.
When the oats appear creamy, stir through the apple and raisins, then cook for a further 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately.
