For the chicken
1 chicken breast
For the chicken marinade
200 g soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
10 g sweet paprika
50 g brandy
pinch of oregano
For the pear cubes
1 pear
1 soup spoon olive oil
pinch of powdered ginger
In addition
2 soup spoons olive oil
For the chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
For the chicken marinade
Mix all of the ingredients. Marinate the chopped chicken breast in the mixture for 12 hours.
For the pear cubes
Peel and core the pear. Cut into cubes and sauté in the oil. Sprinkle with ginger.
Brown the chicken pieces on both sides in a hot pan with oil. Pierce the diced pear and chicken with a fork and present them standing as shown in the photo.
