400 g milk
75 g cream
130 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 g silver powder
110 g kirsch
Boil the milk with the cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Open the vanilla in half, remove the seeds and add them to the milk. Leave to cool. Once cool, add the silver powder and kirsch. Mix well in the mixer.
Present in crystal glasses, mixing before serving.
