Dalmatian Rub

This is easily the simplest recipe in the world. In Texas, where beef is king, the standard basic rub is simply salt and pepper in roughly equal amounts. Dalmatian. Get it?

• ½ cup kosher salt
• ½ cup freshly ground black pepper

Blend the salt and pepper together. That’s all there is to it!
