WELL-SEASONED MEATBALLS WITHOUT THE MESS
We bypassed the messy frying step and baked our meatballs in a super-hot oven instead to ensure a nicely brown crust. Simmering the meatballs in the sauce briefly allows the sauce to season the meat, and vice versa.
1. Bake meatballs in very hot oven to ensure browned crust.
2. Simmer meatballs in sauce for 15 minutes before serving for flavorful sauce and meatballs.
