MONICA BOTKIER is the founder and creative director of Botkier. She launched her business in 2003 by creating an affordable designer bag, Trigger, which started a cult following. Her accessories and bags have been spotted on some of the most recognized women in the world and featured in the pages of ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Marie Claire, and Vogue. A member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, she lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and three children.
