Working with
the Program

By this point you should have a great deal of knowledge, and hopefully some new regular practices. The practices are all great, but what makes the yoga lifestyle so powerful is the combination of these practices into a daily routine. In this final section we will integrate the four components of the flexitarian method—yoga poses, pranayama, food and nutrition, and mind training—into a personalized and sustainable program.

Here you will create a calendar and start building your program. You have some options to choose from, and of course you are welcome to adjust and modify as you need to, but having these programs will make it much more achievable. Once you have the programs, we will look at how to maintain this yoga lifestyle, so that bliss becomes part of you and your life, for now and in the future.

You have come so far along! Be proud of all you’ve learned and please keep up the good spirit and make these programs happen. Remember, what seems hard at first will flow naturally and with ease over time, like learning to ride a bicycle. So keep the practice alive!
