Ingredients:
- 4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup
- 3/4 cup hot water
- Whipped cream to serve
- Ground cinnamon to serve
Method:
- Add milk, sugar, vanilla syrup, and hot water to the instant pot and stir.
- Close the lid. Select Slow cook option and set the timer for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon and serve.
