Ingredients:
- 4 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 1 small apple, cored, chopped into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups lemonade
- 4 whole allspice
- 4 inch stick cinnamon
- 15 small crystallized ginger
Method:
- Make a spice bag with a cotton cheesecloth of about 6 square inches. Keep the cinnamon, allspice and 5 pieces ginger in the cheesecloth bag. Bring all the 4 corners together and fasten it with a string and place in pot.
- Add rest of the ingredients except remaining ginger and spice bag to the instant pot.
- Close lit and set slow cook option and timer for 2-3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Discard the spice bag.
- Serve with crystallized ginger pieces.
