Ingredients:
- 2 apples, cored, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method:
- Grease the inner pot of the cooker with butter.
- Add oats, water, yogurt, cranberries, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the pot. Cover and let it sit overnight.
- Add apple, maple syrup, lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and butter to the pot in the morning.
- Close lid of the pot and select Porridge option and set the timer for 20 minutes.
- When done, release steam with quick release.
- Serve with more milk.
