To make mock hollandaise sauce: Add to a bowl, mayonnaise, mustard, orange juice, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, turmeric Whisk together all the ingredients of the sauce until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for a few hours before using.
Crack an egg into each bell pepper. Cover each pepper aluminum foil.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of water in the inner pot of the cooker. Keep a steamer rack in the pot.
Place the peppers over it.
Close lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 4 minutes.
