Ingredients:
- 9 large eggs, whisked
- 1 1/2 cups ground sausage, cooked
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 3/4 cup ham, diced
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Mix together meat, cheese, and green onions and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over it and stir.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water in the inner pot of the instant cooker. Place a trivet in it.
- Place the baking dish on the trivet.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 30 minutes.
- When done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes and then release the remaining pressure with a quick pressure release.
- Remove the dish from the cooker.
- Slice and serve.
