Ingredients:
- 8 eggs, whisked
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 34 cup portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder or to taste
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
Method:
- Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Whisk well. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Fold gently and pour into the instant pot.
- Sprinkle cheese over it.
- Close the lid. Select Slow cook option and set the timer for 4 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
