Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups chicken stock
Method:
- Whisking simultaneously, pour stock into the eggs. Add salt and pepper and whisk again.
- Pour egg mixture into a baking dish smaller than the pot. Cover tightly with foil.
- Pour 1 cup water in the inner pot of the cooker. Place a trivet in it.
- Place the baking dish on the trivet.
- Close lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together sauces.
- When done, let the pressure release naturally for 4 minutes and then release the remaining pressure with a quick pressure release.
- Remove the dish from the cooker. Uncover and pour sauce over it.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
