Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/3 cups cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
Method:
- Whisk together eggs and water. Strain into a baking dish smaller than the cooker.
- Add rest of the ingredients and whisk well.
- Pour 1 cup water in the inner pot of the cooker. Place a trivet in it.
- Place the baking dish on the trivet.
- Close lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve over rice or bread.
