Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice, rinsed, soaked in water for 20 minutes, drained
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method:
- Add water and rice to the instant pot.
- Close lid. Set on manual option and timer for 4 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes and then release excess pressure.
- Other option is to use Rice option. When the cycle is complete, open the lid.
- Fluff rice and serve as desired
