Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 3 teaspoons plain yogurt
Method:
- Pour water into the instant cooker.
- Close the lid and select Steam option and timer for 1 minute.
- When done, discard water.
- Add milk and set Yogurt option and adjust it until it displays "Boil". Let it cool to 104 degree F.
- Add yogurt and stir well.
- Select again yogurt option. It will be set in 8 hours.
- Refrigerate until use.
