Ingredients:
- 4 cups whey
- 4 cups whole milk
- 5 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice
Method:
- Add whey and milk to the instant pot.
- Select yogurt option and bring to boil.
- Add vinegar and the whole mixture will begin to curdle. Drain the water and the resultant is ricotta cheese. Use as required.
- Refrigerate until use.
