Ingredients:
- 8 cups water
- 5 pounds mixed bones
- 1 large onion, peeled, quartered
- 3/4 cup dried mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons apple cider
- 2 inches ginger, sliced
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the instant pot.
- Close the lid. Set cooker on Manual option and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- When done, strain, cool and refrigerate.
