Ingredients:
- 3 frozen chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, thawed
- 4 carrots, cubed
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 cups water or chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Add chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, water or broth, salt and pepper to the instant pot.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 20 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
