Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 ounce chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Method:
- Add brown rice, mixed vegetables, chicken and chicken broth to the instant pot.
- Close lid and select Soup option and set the timer for 15 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
