Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound chicken pieces
- 1 rib celery chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 medium potato, chopped
- 8-10 green beans, stringed, chopped into pieces
- 1/2 cup pasta
- 3 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Method:
- Add chicken, celery, onion, carrot, potato, beans, and pasta to the pot and stir well.
- Close the lid. Set the cooker on Soup option and set the timer for 15 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Remove the chicken from the pot with a slotted spoon. When cool enough to handle, remove the bones from the chicken and discard it. Shred the meat with forks and add it back to the pot.
- Simmer for a while Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
