Ingredients:
- 3 cups chicken, diced
- 6 medium carrots, peeled, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 packet egg noodles
Method:
- Select the Sauté option.
- Add butter to the cooking pot. When the butter melts, add onions, carrots and celery and sauté until the onions are translucent. Stir occasionally.
- Add chicken, noodles, soy sauce, and chicken stock.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add salt and pepper and stir.
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
