Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, boneless, cubed
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 5 cups broth
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except chicken to the instant pot.
- Close lid and set Soup option and timer for 4 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, blend with an immersion blender.
- Add chicken to it and simmer.
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
