Ingredients:
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 12-15 slices bacon, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped to garnish
Method:
- Select the Sauté option.
- Add bacon to the cooking pot. Sauté until brown. Add onions and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and pepper and stir.
- Close lid and select Soup option and timer for 12 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, blend with an immersion blender. Stir in cream and parsley
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
