Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork loin, cubed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Add pork, pepper, chickpeas, vegetable broth, garlic and onion to the instant pot and stir.
- Close the lid and select Manual option and set the timer for 10 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Ladle into individual soup bowls and serve hot.
