Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound Gemelli or Cavatappi pasta
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
Method:
- Add a little salt, pasta and water to the instant pot.
- Close the lid. Set on Manual option and set the timer for 4 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 2 minutes and then quick release remaining pressure. Pour cold water into the pot. Drain and rinse until pasta is cold.
- Whisk together all the ingredients of dressing.
- Mix together in a bowl, all the ingredients. Pour dressing and toss.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours and serve.
