Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, washed, do not peel, cubed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Pour oil and water in the pot. Place the steamer basket in it and place potatoes over it.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and set the timer for 3 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, switch off the pressure cooker and Quick release the pressure.
- Remove the potatoes from the cooker and transfer into a bowl. Add butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
