Ingredients:
- 2 racks baby back ribs, remove membrane from back of the rib with paper towel
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Method:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ribs.
- Pour a cup of water into the instant pot and place a trivet. Place ribs over the trivet.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and timer for 18-25 minutes depending on how you like meat to be cooked. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Remove from pot and place in a baking dish. Pour BBQ over the ribs and toss.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degree F for 10-15 minutes and serve.
