Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken feet and neck
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Sprinkle chicken with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Set Sauté option. Add oil. When oil is hot, add sugar and sauté until oil turns brown.
- Add all the ingredients to the instant pot.
- Close lid. Select Manual option and timer for 20 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
