Ingredients:
- 1 pound water caltrops
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Add water caltrops to instant pot. Cover with water.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and timer for 20 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Peel, season with salt and pepper. Serve with cilantro or mint chutney or dip of your choice.
