Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup French onion soup
- 3/4 cup stock
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add rice, butter, and French onion soup, stock and salt to the instant pot.
- Set Manual option and timer for 22 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Fluff rice when cooked and serve.
