Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1/2 pound green beans, chopped
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 2 cups kale
- 1 cup long grain white rice, washed and drained
- 1/2 cup meat, chopped
- 2 1/4 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
Method:
- Select the Sauté option. Add oil. Add onions, celery, potatoes, and carrots to the instant pot. Sauté until translucent.
- Add and rice to the pot. Stir until the rice is well coated and opaque. Add rest of the ingredients.
- Select Rice option. When done, mix and serve.
