Ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain rice, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Method:
- Add butter to instant pot. Select Sauté option and add rice and sauté until it turns opaque.
- Add rest of the ingredients to the instant pot.
- Set Manual option and timer for 5 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Fluff rice when cooked and serve garnished with parsley.
