Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds whole wheat fusilli pasta
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 6 cups frozen chopped spinach
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 7 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup parmesan
Method:
- Add water and pasta to instant pot. Place garlic and frozen spinach over it.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 6 minutes.
- When done, quick release excess pressure.
- Add salt, pepper butter and 3/4-cup cheese and stir. Close the lid again and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese.
