Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup chives
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method:
- Place the chicken at the bottom of the instant pot.
- Add onion, chives, ginger, honey, sherry and soy sauce to a bowl, mix well and pour over the chicken.
- Close lid. Set on slow cook option and timer for 3 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve hot.
