Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
Method:
- Add chicken, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt to the instant pot. Mix well.
- Close lid and select slow cook option. Set timer for 2 hours. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve hot.
