Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast half (6 ounces)
- 1/2 pound baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 7 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to instant pot. Mix well.
- Close lid. Select poultry option and timer for 9 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
