Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 12 ounce canned pineapple chunks with its juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the instant pot.
- Close the lid. Select Poultry option and set the timer for 7 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
