Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder mixed with little water
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except arrowroot mixture to the instant pot.
- Close lid. Select Poultry option and timer for 8 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Add arrowroot mixture and simmer on Sauté option until thick.
- Serve over rice.
