Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ketchup for topping
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients of the meatloaf in a bowl using your hands.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water into instant pot. Place trivet in it. Place foil over it.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place on the rack.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 25 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Broil in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Slice and serve.
