Ingredients:
- 2 pounds bottom roast, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pear, peeled, chopped
- Juice of an orange
Method:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over beef.
- Select Sauté option. Add oil and beef and cook until brown. Transfer onto a plate.
- Add rest of the ingredients and stir.
- Close the lid. Select Manual option and set the timer for 45 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- When done, remove beef and shred with forks. Add it back to the pot. Reheat and serve.
