Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chuck roast
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 packet ranch dressing powder
- 1/2 packet Au Jus gravy mix powder
- 1/2 jar pepperoncini with its liquid
Method:
- Place a few peppers at the bottom of the cooker. Place the chuck roast over the peppers.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing powder and Au Jus gravy mix powder over it.
- Place the remaining peppers over it. Pour about 4-5 tablespoons of the pepperoncini liquid into the cooker. Pour 1/2 a cup of water.
- Place butter on it. Close the lid.
- Select Manual option and set timer for 45 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
