Ingredients:
- For sauce:
- 1/2 packet instant gravy powder
- 1/2 packet instant ranch dip powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds beef rump roast
- 1 cup red potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients of the sauce to instant pot. Mix well.
- Place the chuck roast and the vegetables in the cooker. Mix well.
- Close lid. Set Manual option and timer for 35 minutes. When done, let the steam release naturally.
- Serve after 10-15 minutes.
